They completed several tasks, including cleaning out under the crawl space and laying a vapor barrier, installing three helical columns to support the compromised center beam, and securing the entire foundation with wire and mud, filling cracks from the inside to ensure the integrity of the foundation lasts for years to come. The quality of their work was exceptional, with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship that truly enhanced the beauty and durability of my property. Beyond the contracted work, the crew went the extra mile. For example, a crew member took the time to trim the entire bush, not just the backside that was in his way, including all seven bushes. Another example was offering to walk the property, collecting other debris and construction trash that other contractors had left behind, and removing it along with the trash from this job. Finding a contractor who cleans up afterward is a rare find! Additionally, Will kindly offered to remove an oversized broken-down hot tub from the garage. His crew managed to lift and carry this behemoth to the truck and take it to the dump for just the cost of dumping fees. This was a tremendous help to me, and I was much appreciative of his offering his crew and truck to meet this need. The team was professional and punctual, arriving on time and completing the project within the agreed timeframe.
